Our goal with plans and pricing is to make it as transparent and easy to understand as possible. In this post we are trying to cover all the questions you might have in detail.

Openbridge offers two types of plans: Developer and Enterprise.

  • Developer: A free version designed for individuals and small teams that generate less data, require a few integrations, and do not need the support of a professional-services agreement.
  • Enterprise: An enterprise version designed for businesses that generate large amounts of data, require more sophisticated data integrations, need invoiced billing and require a professional-services agreement.

Openbridge and third party integrations are available to customers based on qualifying plan they are in. For example, some integrations are only available in the Enterprise plan.

Developer Plans

Free

Openbridge offers a Developer plan which is perfect for first-time customers. It is designed to allow hands-on experience at no cost or low cost. The Developer plan offers three data integrations* for free, every month, from the moment you create your account.

To take advantage of the free Developer subscriptions you create an Openbridge account and then select any free tier eligible integrations via the Openbridge Marketplace.

Paid

  • Pay-As-You-Go Monthly
If you need more than three integrations, then you can upgrade your Developer plan from free to Pay-As-You-Go. With pay-as-you-go pricing, you only pay for the integrations you activate. This is perfect for teams that prefer the low cost and flexibility without any upfront payment or long-term commitments. You can increase or decrease the number of your data integration subscriptions depending on the demands of your data and analytics needs.
  • Pay-As-You-Go Yearly
If you have a large number of data sources and want to save on subscriptions, a Yearly Plan is the way to go. When you select yearly terms Openbridge will provide you with a significant discount (up to 20%) when compared to monthly pricing. This is perfect for projects that have steady state and predictable data needs.

If you have a client project or are undertaking a proof-of-concept with short-term, variable, or unpredictable integration needs, the Developer plan free or pay-as-you-go pricing give you the flexibility you need to deliver best results.

*Only those qualifying data integrations marked as “free”

Enterprise Plans

Openbridge offers an Enterprise Plan for customers who needs invoiced billing, support, advanced configurations, bulk subscriptions and volume discounts. With our Enterprise Plan, you get access to all Openbridge and Partner integrations*. You also receive significant discounts for Openbridge integrations and preferred pricing from partners.

  • Preferred Pricing
  • Partner Integrations*
  • Bulk Imports
  • Product Roadmap Briefings
  • Priority Support
  • Custom Service Level Agreements or Master Service Level Agreements
  • Custom Integrations and Deployments (Professional services fees apply to custom integration work)

Enterprise customers also have access to consolidated billing which is perfect for more complex purchasing operations within larger companies.

*Partner integrations may have per unit pricing which will be detailed in your Enterprise Agreement

Consolidated Billing Across Multiple Third-Party Accounts

With consolidated billing, Openbridge simplifies budgeting and billing for charges incurred across all of your third party accounts. It gives you more control over your disparate accounts with the following benefits:

  • Invoiced Billing — Third-party charges invoiced to your accounts payable team
  • One Bill — You get one bill for your Openbridge and third-party accounts
  • Easy Tracking — All charges organized into a single monthly or yearly invoice.
  • Combined Usage — Take advantage of reduced pricing and discounts because Openbridge combines usage from all accounts in the organization to qualify you for volume pricing discounts from various third party integrators

Pricing

Pricing for Openbridge and third-party integrations vary according to each vendor’s own plans and policies. There are three types of plans typically offered by Openbridge and third party vendors:

  • Free — Free pricing subscriptions are completely free for users. Free pricing often comes with some restrictions or limitations set up by vendors.
  • Flat Rate — Flat rate pricing charges a set fee on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Per-Unit — “Per-unit” pricing plans charge a set fee on either a monthly or yearly basis for a unit you specify. A “unit” may be a user, spend levels, server, records or integrations.

In some cases, some vendors offer variations of all three types of pricing plans.

To get started, log in to the Openbridge marketplace, and launch free tier eligible integrations!
