On April 4th 2018, Instagram began an unscheduled termination of their legacy API. As a result, many third-party applications and Instagram analytics tools stopped working correctly. Luckily, we were prepared and have an exciting announcement for all the teams who were left impacted by the shutdown and lost access to Instagram performance and insights data for organic content and business profiles.

Today we are announcing the public availability of our new data integration, Instagram Business IQ.

Like our Facebook Graph Api connectors, the new integration takes advantage of the Instagram Graph API to unlock access to critical insights data within the Instagram platform. The new integration will help minimize the impact of Facebook’s shutdown of the legacy Instagram API, especially for the thousands of analysts who were doing Instagram analytics reporting, analysis and visualizations.
